Awesome Race Days

April 1st 2023

We celebrated the start of our season on April 1st, 2023, when we hosted "Andy's Awesome Sail Day". This was a "Fun Sail" day, so potential new sailors were encouraged to attend. Andy's races consisted of two drag races, three figure 8s and three regular races.  My favorite was the down-hill drag race!  The weather turned out to be pretty nice and the winds were challenging which made it fun.  Ten trophies were given out at our pizza party with Bart, Mike C. and Susie rounding out the top three. A special thank you to our scoring team of Alan and Paul. Andy did a great job as RD!  Thank you for volunteering!
